Joseph D. Ustynoski, Esquire engages in the general practice of law. He practices in the following areas: Business, Estate Planning, and Real Estate. He specializes in Civil Accident Case Litigation, both Third Party and Uninsured and Underinsured Causes of Action. He is licensed to practice in various Pennsylvania County Courts of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania Appellate Courts and the U.S. Federal Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Joseph D. Ustynoski was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1997, and has practiced in Hazleton, Pennsylvania since that time. He is a graduate of Providence College, where he earned a B.S. Degree in Political Science in 1981. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 1997. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association.
Attorney Ustynoski serves on the Board of Directors for the Hazleton Blind Association and is Solicitor for the West Hazleton Knights of Columbus. For over 15 years he has been the Solicitor for the Greater Hazleton Joint Sewer Authority. He is a member of the Roger Williams University School of Law Alumni Board of Directors.
He is an active member of St. Michael’s Ukrainian Catholic Church, Hazleton, Pennsylvania, and serves as a Trustee and Lector.
Attorney Ustynoski and his wife, Jeananne, (a graduate of Penn State University) are the parents of two children, Jennifer Ustynoski and Joseph R. Ustynoski.
